Bushbury Gym – February Offer Terms & Conditions

1) Offer Details

• This promotion offers membership for £10 for the first month (“the Offer”).

• The Offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time.

2) Eligibility

• The Offer is available to new members only (unless stated otherwise by Bushbury Gym).

• Members must join via the official Bushbury Gym website.

• Membership must be paid by Direct Debit to qualify.

3) Minimum Contract Term

• By joining under this Offer, members agree to a minimum 3-month contract.

• The minimum term begins from the membership start date.

4) Payments & Price Change After February

• First Month membership fee: £10

• After the first month, the membership automatically reverts to the standard monthly membership price of £28 per month.

• Payments will continue to be taken monthly via Direct Debit unless cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.

5) Rolling Contract After Minimum Term

• After the initial 3-month minimum contract, the membership will automatically convert to a rolling monthly contract.

• Members may cancel at any time once the 3-month minimum term has been completed (see cancellation terms below).

6) Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is not permitted during the minimum 3-month contract period.

• Once the minimum term is complete, members may cancel at any time.

• To cancel, you must cancel the Direct Debit with your bank.

• Once the Direct Debit has been cancelled, membership will end at the end of the current paid period.

7) Location

• This offer applies to Bushbury Gym (WV10 8AW) only.

8) General

• Bushbury Gym reserves the right to refuse or remove the Offer if misuse or fraud is suspected.

• By joining, members agree to abide by Bushbury Gym’s standard membership rules and gym policies.
